ONSMAX started in 2009 as a spare parts importer for machining shops around Hanoi. Customers kept asking the same question — which machine should we buy? — so we built the part of the business that answers it: engineers who size equipment against a real production plan, then stay responsible for it after delivery.
What we actually do
Three things, in this order. We size the machine against your throughput, power supply and floor plan. We deliver, install and train the operators. We keep the line running with genuine parts held in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang.
- Selection — a written configuration and lead time within 24 working hours.
- Commissioning — installation, calibration and operator training on site.
- Aftercare — scheduled maintenance, genuine spare parts, warranty up to 24 months.
