ONSMAX is a commercial machinery supplier operating in Vietnam. For the purposes of data protection law we act as the data controller for the information described in this policy. Our registered office is in Hanoi and our sales network covers both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

We only collect what we need to answer an enquiry and deliver equipment:

- Enquiry details — machine models, quantities, technical requirements and any drawings you upload.
- Transaction records — quotations, orders, delivery and warranty history.

3. How we use your information
Your data is used to prepare quotations, fulfil orders, provide installation and after-sales service, and to meet accounting and warranty obligations. We send commercial emails only where you have subscribed, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

4. Sharing and disclosure
