Fanuc builds the CNC controls, servo drives and industrial robots that run inside a large share of the machine tools on a Vietnamese shop floor. ONSMAX has been an authorised distributor since 2015: we stock controls, amplifiers, encoders and the fast-moving spare parts locally, and our engineers are certified by Fanuc for commissioning and repair.

Lead time on catalogue models is 7–14 working days from our Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City warehouses; robot cells and custom configurations typically take six to eight weeks from deposit. Every machine ships with a 24-month factory warranty honoured locally — no shipping the unit back to Japan — and installation, calibration and operator training are included on orders above 20,000 USD.
