Quotes & ordering

Within 24 working hours for catalogue models. Custom configurations that need a manufacturer confirmation take two to five working days — we tell you which case you are in on the same day you enquire.

Five things are usually enough to size a machine:

  • Required throughput per shift
  • Material and thickness or product dimensions
  • Available floor space and ceiling height
  • Power supply (voltage, phases, available capacity)
  • Target installation date

Yes. Parts held in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang ship the same day if ordered before 3pm. Send the model code and the part number from the machine plate.

Delivery & installation

Stock machines: 7–14 working days nationwide. Imported or custom configurations: six to eight weeks from deposit, confirmed in writing before you place the order.

Installation, calibration and operator training are included on every order above 20,000 USD. Below that they are quoted separately and usually take one to two days on site.

A level foundation, the correct power drop (most machines need 380V three-phase), clearance for the forklift route, and someone authorised to sign the acceptance record.

Warranty & service

12 to 24 months depending on the model, counted from the acceptance date. Wear parts and damage from incorrect power supply or missed maintenance are not covered.

Remote diagnosis within four working hours. If an engineer has to travel: same day in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, next working day elsewhere.

Payment & documents

30% deposit on order, 70% before delivery. Repeat customers can apply for 30-day terms after three completed orders.

VAT invoice, certificate of origin, certificate of quality, warranty card, operating manual in Vietnamese and English, and the acceptance record signed on commissioning day.
